I'm a closested college student writing my melancholy reflections of the what I feel like being a homosexual. On here, I'm hoping to be able to find others like me, so that I don't feel like I am in this alone.

The central news story here is that Pepperdine University, a school affiliated with the Churches of Christ, this week denied the creation of an LGBT support group - the fourth time they’ve rejected such an idea. Likewise, the University of Notre Dame has refused to allow the formation of gay-straight alliances since 2007.

I was actually going to apply to the University of Notre Dame, but I knew a Church affiliated university would have stringent biased policies as such. It’s a shame, believing in the same God doesn’t supersede their religious agenda.
